Chapter 4 Clearing a QueueClearing a Queue.This section will describe how to clear the contents of a queue.If you have previously opened SYSTEM.DEFAULT.LOCAL.QUEUE, the main panel may look something like:
From the main panel of MQ Visual Edit, select File, then Clear Queue.
Click Yes if you are sure that you want the delete ALL of the messages on the queue.
You will be notified when the queue has been cleared.
After the Clear Queue action has been performed, the main panel may look something like (red means messages were deleted ):
